Winning hearts and minds at public expense!

A provincial chief has made it a practice to host the entire staff to a tea party every Wednesday at public expense.

 
Over 10 varieties of snacks are ordered for this party, always far in excess of the requirement to enable some employees to take home the left-overs.
The Wednesday has been designated as the Public Day and the provincial chief has considered it as an excuse to give the entire staff a special treat on this day, they say.
