His remarkable trip concluded today in Jaffna. Upon his arrival, he was warmly welcomed in Jaffna and he visited several notable landmarks, including the famous Nallur Kandaswamy Temple and the Jaffna Public Library. Speaking to the media about his journey, he said, “I began this trip from Paris on September 1, 2025, and travelled through France, Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia, Bulgaria, Turkey, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Afghanistan and India, covering nearly 10,000 kilometres on my bicycle before reaching Jaffna today. "My goal was not only to reunite with my family but also to highlight the cultural significance of Jaffna to the world. "I also hope to create a meaningful opportunity to promote tourism in the Jaffna Peninsula and to inspire the global Tamil diaspora to maintain strong emotional and cultural connections with their homeland.”
