Yoshitha Rajapaksa, the second son of former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, arrived at the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) this morning to record a statement.
He was summoned by the CID to provide a statement concerning the ownership of a government-owned plot of land in Kataragama.
