LNP – President assures security of all citizens following recent intelligence reports

President Anura Kumara Dissanayake has stated that the government has taken all necessary measures in response to recent intelligence reports and assures the security of all citizens.

The President made these remarks while addressing a public meeting held in Puttalam today (24).

“It is our responsibility to ensure the safety of our citizens. We’ve been enhancing security in various areas. Not only that, but the intelligence agencies acted swiftly on the information, and we have also taken action to arrest a few suspects. Today, I would like to assure that we have ensured the safety and security of all citizens of Sri Lanka,” he said.
