Accordingly, the maximum expenditure limits allowed for candidates in the Colombo District (highest) is Rs. 5,750,000 while for parties it is Rs. 79,493,756 and for national list candidates Rs. 34,694Â
Further, maximum expenditure limit allowed for candidates in Vanni District (lowest) is Rs. 1,673,243, for parties Rs. 9,91,3,964 and for national list candidates Rs. 4,327.
