The Grade 5 Scholarship Examination for 2022 will be held on December 4 (Sunday), while the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination will be held from December 5 (Monday), 2022, to January 2, 2023, the examinations department announced.
Examinations Commisioner General L.M.D. Dharmasena said the A/L examination will not be held between the days of December 23 and 27 as the department decided to grant a holiday in view of Christmas.
Accordingly, the A/L examination will be held for 22 days, and the Commissioner General has requested the students to get ready for the examination as this exam was scheduled to be conducted on August 2022.
He said there was a delay of four months in holding the examination. Announcements will be made regarding the relevant timetables for both the grade five and A/L examinations.
