Eight suspects have been arrested with narcotics including 75 kilos of Cannabis and Rs. 790,000 in cash during a joint raid by the Police and the STF in Keselwatta.
Police said 3 suspects arrested with 75.5 kgs of Kerala Cannabis while another five suspects were arrested with 3 grams of heroin and 6 grams of Methamphetamine.
Police also recovered Rs. 790,000 in cash from one of the suspect’s possession.
The suspects aged between 18 and 48, residents of Colombo 12 and 15 will be produced in court tomorrow.
