LNP - ASP’s wife and son died of COVID-19

The wife and only son of an Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) attached to the IGP's Secretariat, has died due to the COVID-19. The ASP is also receiving treatment at the Kundasale Police Hospital for the Covid infection. The ASP's son who was a law student had died yesterday (30) while being treated at the Kotelawala Defence Hospital while the ASP's wife died last week while receiving treatment for Covid-19.
