LNP – The Chamber Academy holds webinar on ‘Business Planning in the Age of AI’

The Chamber Academy, the knowledge arm of the Ceylon Chamber of Commerce in partnership with Hutchison Telecommunications Lanka (Pvt) Ltd, London Stock Exchange Group – Sri Lanka and Linear Squared (Pvt) Ltd will be hosting a timely webinar on Business Planning in the Age of AI.

In the digital age, businesses need reduced wastage, minimize costs and optimize their operations. Older techniques and planning methods can be wrought with manual processes and, therefore bias and time-consuming. Artificial Intelligence (AI) has taken the world by storm. More and more businesses are now leveraging AI in business processes and consider it a fundamental part of their vision and mission. AI offers undeniable benefits such as cost savings, efficiency & productivity gains, improved speed business & faster decision making.

The virtual discussion will be beneficial for corporates to gain better insights on machine learning and artificial intelligence for optimizing business processes.

A presentation will be carried out by Mr. Mohit Pande, Co-Founder & Senior Vice President Linear Squared (Pvt) Ltd and Mr. Sankha Muthu Poruthotage, Co-Founder, CEO & Chief Data Scientist, Linear Squared (Pvt) Ltd which will be followed by a panel discussion including Mr. Jeevan Gnanam, Group CEO/Founder, VeracityAI and Dr. Romesh Ranawana, Chairman, Artificial Intelligence (AI) Centre of Excellence (AICx), SLASSCOM. The session will be moderated by Mr. Tharindu Ameresekere – Senior Lecturer, Business Talk Show Host, PIM Sri Lanka.

The discussion will be followed by an interactive Question and Answer session.
