Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) Management Committee Chairman Professor Arjuna de Silva said that the SLC elections will be held as scheduled on May 20.
âSo far, it is scheduled for May 20 but we have to get the audited accounts and thatâs the only issue we are having at the moment,â de Silva told the Daily News yesterday.
âIt has to be submitted by the Attorney Generalâs (AGâs) Department. The AGâs Department at the moment is closed due to the COVID-19 issue,â de Silva stressed.
âIf we donât get the audited accounts in time then we canât hold the elections but hopefully hold the election of office bearers and the AGM on another date.â
