All wine stores and liquor shops should be closed by 6.00 pm daily with effect from today, Army Commander General Shavendra Silva said.

  • Aren't we creating an artificial requirement for this now? Now by 5.30pm we can see long ques with absolutely no meter distance people quing up to get a hand on a bottle.... This is confusing!!!! Rather just allow the opening and closing be normal times atleast people will not rush into these joints!!!
