LNP – No mobile polling centres on 31 July: EC

Election Commission Chairman Mahinda Deshapriya said that the proposed mobile polling centre program will not be held on 31 July.

He made this statement while speaking at a media briefing held today (27) morning.

The mobile polling centre program was proposed in a bid to give voters who’re under quarantine/self-quarantine the opportunity to cast their votes at the General Election.
