Withdrawing receipts or cash?

These are trying times for all of us due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the restrictions imposed to curb the virus in the country. Many people were seen withdrawing cash from ATMs across the country to pay for the essential items and services. Seen here is an ATM cubicle at Mount Lavinia filled with receipts drawn out by the customers. Not only opting for receipts cost a few rupees it also considered non-eco-friendly.
