President Maithripala Sirisena was expected to make a few changes to the Government in the near future, UPFA Secretary Minister Mahinda Amaraweera told the Daily Mirror.
“The President conveyed this at a special meeting held with Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) members in Colombo today,†he said.
Meanwhile, Minister Lakshman Yapa Abeywardena said they, as the SLFP, allowed the President to decide whether the SLFP could continue in this manner.
