Special Parliament session for 70th anniversary

A special Parliamentary session will be held today to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the first Parliament of Sri Lanka.Accordingly, the Parliamentary session will be held from 2.30pm to 4.30pm.

Speakers of House representing SAARC countries and the Secretary General of SAARC have also arrived in the island to attend the special session.
