The Head of State said education is the most vital investment that can be made towards the development of a country adding that there are no limitations imposed on education, this is a well known fact.
The President noted the government sees the opportunity to provide students with a health insurance scheme, an idea set forth by the Prime Minister under a government policy, as a big opportunity adding that students may think that they have no problems as they are covered by a health insurance scheme, and may portray reckless tendencies, however the governmentâs wish for students is that they are protected at all times.
