Twentieth Century Fox, together with the British High Commission and Skyline Entertainment Pvt. Ltd, celebrated Britainâs creative industries during a reception to launch the film âKingsman: The Golden Circleâ in Colombo. The film is the much-anticipated follow-up to the hit 2015 film âKingsman:
The Secret Serviceâ. Speaking to guests from the Colombo film and arts scene at the reception, the British High Commissioner to Sri Lanka, James Dauris, commented that the film reflects the breadth of talent in Britainâs creative industries.
âThe UKâs film industry is one of the most successful in the world because of the quality of its directors and actors, remarkable and diverse film locations, world-class production houses and top quality acting, arts and design educationâ, he said. The reception, which took place at the British Residence, was the first in a series of âKingsmanâ related events during âKingsman Weekâ in Colombo, leading up to the international release of the film on 22 September.
