Number of patients visiting OPD at NF Hospital doubles

The Ministry of Health stated that the number of patients visiting the out patients department (OPD)  at the Neville Fernando Teaching Hospital has increased.

While a total of 186 patients visited the OPD on the first day of its service, a total of 350 patients arrived at the OPD yesterday (2).

Since the 1 of August 2017, the Neville Fernando Teaching Hospital provided its services free of charge to the public.

Meanwhile , the first director board meeting of the hospital was held yesterday (2), and was carried out under the patronage of the Health Minister, Rajitha Senaratne.
