Showers or thundershowers will occur at times in the Southern, Sabaragamuwa and Western Provinces today (29).

Several spells of showers will occur in the Central and North-western Provinces.

Showers or thundershowers will occur at several places in the other Provinces after 2.00 pm.

Fairly heavy falls (above50 mm) can be expected at some places particularly in Eastern and Uva Provinces.

Fairly strong winds about 40-50 kmph can be expected in the Southern Province and Kaluthara District.
