361 Degrees marks another successful year as Sri Lanka’s largest HR solutions provider
361 Degrees, Sri Lanka’s largest teambuilding, leadership, engagement, innovation, strategy and soft skills service provider, reached another significant milestone as it achieved its best-ever performance during the 2016/17 financial year. During the three-year period from 2013/14 financial year to present, the company has also been able to double the revenue generated through its operations. In 2016, the company successfully completed 224 training programmes for 87 clients covering a total of 321 programme days. Overall, the company has passed a total of 1,206 team building programmes as at March 31. These statistics clearly underscores the fact that 361 Degrees is the largest HR solutions provider in Sri Lanka at present. Since its inception back in 2001 as Wild Drift, 361 Degrees has successfully carried out training programmes for over 220 organisations in both Sri Lanka and overseas. The company continues to provide innovatively practical and tailor-made learning solutions for a wide variety of clientele through a culmination of 15 years of intensive research and experimentation as Sri Lanka’s leading HR solutions partner. The company has the largest and most experienced facilitator pool in the country.
